Medium Data Engineer

WORKING IN eVISO YOU WILL BE ABLE TO:

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented and growth-driven engineer, preferably a Full-stack Developer to join our team at eVISO S.p.A. In this role, you'll collaborate remotely with a global team and work in a fully-immersive remote work environment with our team and in-office environment in Italy, learning our methods and maintaining technical standards. Responsibilities:

1. Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a talented team of engineers to do their best work while following the company's methodology.

2. Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of data projects, from conception to implementation.

3. Strategic Planning: Collaborate directly with stakeholders such as Directors and CEO to understand technical objectives and pains to develop strategies.

3. Quality Assurance: Improve the quality, reliability and security of our data systems upholding testing and validation processes.

4. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and make them part our development cycle and culture pushing best practices and team efficiency.

5. Collaboration: Foster a collaborative team culture, promoting knowledge sharing and cross functional collaboration, which is already a strong part of the company.

6. Business Intelligence (BI) and Reporting: Drive the development and use of business

intelligence solutions when needed to support decision-making, while managing the data and reporting tools, via Projects.

Requirements:

1. Technical certificate and/or graduation.

2. 5-year practical experience in a relevant position.

3. Good English level (speaking and writing) .

4. Excellent knowledge of MySQL, Python and production-ready data pipelines.
